There is a public mailing list for QuakeML which is open to everyone. You are welcome to [http://intensity.usc.edu/mailman/listinfo/quakeml sign up] on the web. Alternatively, send an e-mail with the subject line "subscribe" to quakeml(at)intensity.usc.edu. Sending messages to the list and browsing the list [http://intensity.usc.edu/pipermail/quakeml archive] does not require sign-up.
