Purpose & core features
Describe characteristic features and interpretation of strong earthquakes and strong motion instrumental recordings, peak motion values, in different metrices (spectral and non-spectral), rupture distance metrics, and post-processed strong motion traces for engineering purposes as well as a simple description of the extended rupture (a full description of the rupture geometry and process would qualify for a separated package).
