QuakeML version 1.1 has been released.

Thanks for all the comments which have been collected on the ["RFC_BED_1.0"] page. We will now compile the standard document for the upcoming version 1.1, which is planned to be presented on 17 December at the [http://www.agu.org/meetings/fm08/ AGU Fall Meeting 2008] in San Francisco.
